Zucchini is  rich in vitamin C, contains useful amounts of vitamin A, potassium and folate, it also contains lutein which is good for the eyes, also a good source of magnesium and phosphorus these nutrients help us to build and maintain healthy bones. Its is known to help with asthma. Its low in calories so eat away, add it to salads, soups, hey even pizza!! Zucchini o calabaza contiene grandes cantidades de vitamina C, también contiene vitamina A, potasio, y folato, luteína que es muy bueno para nuestros ojos, ademas es rica en magnesio y fósforo  estos nutrientes nos ayudan a mantener nuestros huesos fuertes. Ayuda a la gente que sufre de asma. Es bajo en calorías, así que agregenselo a ensaladas, sopas, y también a su pizza!!
