Eating plums reduces your chances of contracting a heart disease they keep the blood pure and prevent complication of the heart. They prevent the growth of cancer cells and tumors in the body. They are juicy and sweet why wouldn’t you eat them?? Las ciruelas son excelentes para el sistema digestivo.
