Cherries have many important health benefits from helping with the pain of arthritis to reducing risk factors for heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Cherries also contain melatonin, which has been found to help the body  have natural sleep patterns, aid with jet lag, prevent memory loss and delay the aging process. They are an amazing fruit..Try to make them a part of your diet!! Las cerezas tienen muchísimos beneficios. Ayudan a reducir el dolor de la artritis son muy buenas para reducir problemas del corazón, diabetes y algunos tipos de cáncer. Las cerezas también contienen melatonina, que ayuda a regular el sueño, “jet lag”, a prevenir la perdida de memoria, y a retrasar el proceso del envejecimiento. Son buenisimas.. haganlas parte de su dieta!!!
