HEALTHY TIP: BLOOD ORANGE

We all know that oranges are high in vitamin C and great for the cold. Blood oranges in the other hand are also packed with folic acid, vitamin A and calcium. Their red pigmentation  contains anthocyanins , which gives color to fruits, plants and vegetables. They have anti-inflammatory properties that affect the collagen and are also good for preventing cancer, diabetes,bacterial infections as well as reducing heart disease. Blood oranges also help reduce the LDL (bad) cholesterol accumulation. They are so pretty enjoy them!! Todos sabemos que las naranjas tienen un alto contenido de vitamina C y son buenas para la gripe. Pero las naranjas sanguinas también están llenas de ácido folico, vitamina A y calcio. Contienen antiocianina, que es el que les da su color a las frutas, plantas y verduras. Tienen propiedades anti-inflamatorias, previenen el cáncer, diabetes, reducen problemas del corazón. También son buenas para disminuir la acumulación del colesterol LDL (malo). Son divinas, disfrutalas!!
