HEALTHY TIP: SALMON

I don’t even know where to start. Salmon is full of protein and “good fats” but did you know that if you eat 4 ounces of wild-salmon provides a full days requirement of vitamin D. Its also high in vitamin B12, niacin and selenium and its a great source of magnesium and vitamin B6. It reduces inflammation which is the cause of so many health problems like heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancers, arthritis, blood clots and strokes. Also people who have sufficient levels of Omega 3 have less depression and are less aggressive. Here is one of my favourite recipe. No se ni donde empezar. El Salmón esta lleno de proteína y “grasas buenas” sabían que con solo 115 gramos de salmón aportan los requerimientos necesarios de la vitamina D. También contiene vitamina B12, niacina y selenio. Es una excelente fuente de magnesio y vitamina B6. Reduce la inflamación que es la causa de tantos problemas de salud como problemas del corazón, diabetes, algunos tipos de cáncer, artritis y coágulos sanguíneos. Las personas que tienen niveles balanceados de omega 3 padecen menos de depresión y son menos agresivos. Les voy a dar mi receta favorita.
