Black beans they are so good for us and for our wallet. They are packed with protein, potassium, fiber and iron. They stabilize our sugar level, lower cholesterol, diminish the risk of breast and prostate cancer, it also prevents cardiovascular diseases. Because of their high content of fiber they prevent constipation and colon cancer. They are great for us!! Los frijoles aparte de ricos son muy económicos. Están llenos de proteína, hierro, potasio y fibra. Los frijoles son buenos para bajar el colesterol, estabilizar la concentración de azúcar en la sangre, disminuye el riesgo de cáncer de mama y próstata y previene las enfermedades cardiacas. Por su alto contenido de fibra previene el estreñimiento y el cáncer de colon. Son buenísimas!!
